    :

This is a great book for kids and adults alike, with some real rib ticklers and a lot of groaners too! It is also such an easy way to support Martha Care and the invaluable work they do, working to support families with sick children in hospital.

  4. Maggie Mickshik: CEO Martha Care

    :

I’m Martha’s mum and telling jokes was her love! This book has made me burst with pride that her lovely, cringe-worthy jokes will bring lots of laughter and groans to so many people. Tracey, Simon & Jo have done such a fabulous job producing this book and added so much more to interest children of all ages, including Grannies and Grandads. All Martha’s joke telling chums get a mention at the end of the book too: her school friends and their families donated lots of jokes at her funeral. Here are some of the very best so you’ve got to ask which ones were so groans-worthy, they didn’t make the final edition!

    :

This joke book is brilliant! jokes that all ages can enjoy and appreciate. I bought one each for my two children and they were glued to it for hours! The layout is wonderful for children, with lots of little illustrations and pictures for them to look at too. It would make the perfect entertainment at the dinner table. Your giggles will raise money to help a wonderful charity to support families with very sick children. Now that’s good value for money.

I know the charity Martha Care and have been excited to buy the book just to support them to be honest. I bought the book for my niece but am going to have to order another one because it’s so good, I’m keeping it! I know it says it’s for kids, but we are all kids at heart and the images that go with the jokes are just so silly and funny, I loved it as a grown up, it made me more than laugh out loud. It’s a brilliant book that has taken some of the real old classic jokes and given them a makeover. I highly recommend it as a stocking filler and Martha Care are such a great charity, you will be making a real difference to them and I guarantee you’ll have a good giggle too.

This book was an absolute pleasure to work on and I am so proud to be able to launch it into the world to help Martha Care. If you’re asking why I’m penning my own review, I’m not really, I played only a small part in the design and creation of the book and am commenting on the jokes themselves! They are crackers! While I pulled a few late nights getting everything together so we could launch it before Christmas, the daftest jokes kept me giggling and definitely kept me going! A joy in every sense and I’m sure young and old will love it too.
